Stealth Pest Solutions  is who you would be calling if you hear a scream outside from the kids or neighbors when they have found what looks like a giant rat. 

But turns out it is just a friendly possum with giant teeth and claws, not something you would want your kids or your pets to be playing around with.

Give us all call and we can come and safely trap it and get it removed, and we will also check to make sure it does not have a bunch of babies that are hiding in the bushes, when they have babies they have a litter so there could be a bunch of them hiding around your yard you just have not found yet, and that is another thing you do not want to be running into in the middle of the night taking out the trash.
